From being overwhelmed by life’s challenges to owning a narrative of liberation, creative power, and profound joy, I’ve learned that true freedom lies in confronting and embracing our deepest truths.

For the past decade, I have immersed myself in the intersection of trauma and spirituality, mastering the art of integrating both with reverence and grace. I have discovered that true liberation is found in embracing our authentic story as a sacred path to transformation.
